I have been working at Technicolor full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Work environment is very laid back. Everybody that works for Technicolor is talented and professional. Taking personal and vacation time is never an issue. If you have the time it's yours regardless of when you need to use it.

    Cons

Poorly managed. No opportunity for advancement, once your in a department, you're stuck there. No opportunity for growth. Understaffed, low wages, even wage cuts this year. Low morale, no signs of improvement. Quarterly employee reviews which lead to no pay increases or recognition other than a piece of paper that you sign that goes into a folder somewhere never to be seen again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow cross department training and pay your employees what they're worth.
