    Bonus program, Benefits, global company

    Cons

    Very poor management, unethical leaders, inability to make money and sr. leaders continue to get bonuses while employees are layed off on almost a daily basis. Employees are treated very poorly, and it is common to hear the Paris leadership team verbally state that 'anyone age 40 and over cannot be considered as hi potential'.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the culture and start over with a new leadership team (including HR) so you can attract & retain good people. You need to spend money to make money.
