I worked at Technisource as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

You receive a paycheck, and for most contracts, a health plan (sic) will be available.

    Cons

Company hires you as full-time employee, yet you find out 6 months along that you are actually a subcontractor. Cannot get clear answer from management, as they change your work status depending on what is favorable to them. Your "contract" pay-rate ends up being a pittance of what they first tell you, and of what is normal for the job position. Benefits are twice what they are at other outsource companies, and don't materialize for 8 months. Branch management is only concerned with rotating as many people through the doors as possible and preserving their own careers. If you have talent, they will use you quickly and then discard you as they see fit.

    Advice to Management

Go back into marketing and stay out of technology.
