I worked at Technology Integration Group

I'll be honest, every one is nice and easy going. The benefits are good work-life balance is "ehh" depends on what department you're at... my department is, well, not in the pros category.

-when i was hired i was NOT given proper training
-the department that i am in acts like high-schoolers with negative tension and drama - very STRESSFUL PERSONALITIES
    - manager does NOT give clear direction and hard to communicate, which is a challenge to get assignments done
    - management lacks experience in the field

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The advice is pretty self-explanatory. But there is one note that I want to say to management, listen to your employees. If a mistake was made, if them a chance -- after all, we are all humans.

PS I will resign soon. Good luck TIG!
