My experience was rather unpleasant as was the working environment.

I worked at Technology Integration Group

For me, the only pro that I experienced was that most of the people that worked there were pretty good folks.

The management was very poor, I was not compensated or encouraged to work hard and have a brain, be able to work independently and not follow other's is what makes risk takers "Stars"... that really could not grasp that concept, I received zero training from them directly and the training I did receive was very incomplete for the work I was expected to perform.
Unfortunately there was one individual that most of us had to endure daily. His constant abuse infected so many good employees in such a destructive way... Almost everyday I witnessed first hand the constant and senseless verbal bashing and complete and utter fowl mouth of his as it ricochet off the walls and into the ears of customer's ears we were conversing with on important business calls for the company. Hard working adults that needed their jobs striped of dignity all because of one disrespectful morally bankrupt fool. Maybe the worst part of it was that the company appeared to bow down him and thereby promote his reckless behavior.
Other than me taking the initiative to learn as much as I could and earn dozens of certifications, it was a waste of two years of my life working there!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Gain wisdom from farmer's by learning about the Wheat and the Chaff, Matthew 3:12, gather the wheat and burn the chaff in your life. Pay more attention to the "Golden Rule" and less attention to your business "bottom-line net worth". Repent for what you do wrong, make genuine amends, and gain character through integrity by doing the right things in life, even when no one is looking!
