Current Employee - Systems Support Engineer in Reston, VA

I have been working at Technology Solutions Provider full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very much an Equal Opportunity employer (There many people of color and orientations)
    Management is understanding and flexible
Small Company and you know you're contributing
    Growing fast
Lots of opportunities to train & certify on new products. Because the company also resells products, they are always looking for people to become certified on various products to satisfy software and hardware vendor reseller requirements. Getting a certification is as easy as raising your hand!
401K isn't matching, rather you get 3% of your annual salary in your 401K account at the end of every year regardless of if you put in a dime or not.

    Cons

Small company that's growing fast and experiencing growing pains. They are outstripping their office space. Benefits aren't cheap but then they aren't cheap at most companies these days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't continue to act like you're running on your kitchen table. It's time to act like a grown up company.
