    I worked at Technomedia full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Company is aggressively expanding and I worked with smart and very dedicated people. If you don't want a ton of hand-holding and mentoring, you'll be fine. Values customers and their relationships.Good work/life balance.

    Cons

    Huge competitors in the space so hard to make an impact and win large clients (small fish in a big, well-funded pond). Sales staff is limited which doesn't help. Internal communication around product evolution is poor from management. HR support is non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better communication and shared vision. You need to tell your employees where you see the company headed (and not change course), how you plan on getting there, and the importance they play in helping you reach your destination. Very micro-managed culture which doesn't work to develop talent or grow the business against the big guns. Slow and steady doesn't work in high tech.
