Good place to learn early in your career. As a fresher one can get bogged down by the amount of work that can be handed down to you -- provides you with a challenging environment if you can learn yourself. Lack of mentors (ALL of the technically good guys have left) is a major major issue and most of the guys have no clue of the code/implementation.

Very poor management, HR function, technology roadmap and execution.
Dues of past employees have not been payed out for more than an year now which reflects on the "value" that the organization attaches to its present and past employees. For an tech product based company good/great engineers are its biggest asset which Tejas does'nt have anymore.
Unreasonable variable salary components are the norm which hardly ever gets payed out to the tune of more than 50% and that too delayed by an year or so. Delayed salaries and delayed variable payout is the norm in Tejas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit and make way for external talent. You are well past your use-by date !!
