    I worked at Tekserve full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Talented staff with a great deal of knowledge to dispense.
    Most departments offer excellent work life balance.
    Great employee discount program on 3rd party products.
    Tekserve owners care about their local community and donate time and money to many charities!!!

    Cons

    Poor training & development, no career path, MALE DOMINATED environment, leadership has poor people skills and no management training, only one HR director for a staff of 300+/-, poor communication and no consistency between departments. Operating the store w/an archaic FileMaker system that is frustratingly ineffective.

    Change does not come easy or happen quickly in this company!
