I have been working at TeleCommunication Systems full-time (more than an year)

Too many employees doing work in the same area.

This company is so top heavy -- and all of the Directors and VP are partying. The CEO is on vacation from Memorial Day to Labor Day - unreachable. The "C-Execs" are dreamers and do not know how to run a company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

At this time, the company need new senior management. Sell the company before it sinks. What the VPs are telling the C-execs are lies and fabricated revenues. Do not bother in another acquisition - it is a total waste of time. The E-911 business has to go. The wireless industry is not like the government business and do not treat it like one.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
