    I worked at TelePacific Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very high quality boutique style Telecom products. No complaints from customers.

    Cons

    Very expensive and in this economy, very difficult to sell. Revolving door for sales pros.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Never tell your salespeople "If you cannot make a sale in the next two weeks, I will anticipate your resignation" as motivation. The Grier office needs to be closed for sales, its a sinking ship and the employees need to move to the Cimarron office...
