    Pros

    Senior leadership got involved with any deal, positive or negative. Unlike other companies where leaders don't want to interact with customers.
    work life balance depends on management, I was fortunate to work with a direct manager and senior leader that were family oriented and actually cared.

    Cons

    Not enough training.
    Processes were not detailed
    benefits were not great
