    I have been working at TeleTech part-time (Less than a year)


    I appreciate the benfits of working from home. No commute nor gasoline expense is nice.


    HORRIBLE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS that never seem to cease can cause it to be very difficult to get a knock for the job. FAR too many systems and applications needed to answer calls. Customers call in for various reasons that you are not always prepared to handle, and aforementioned technical bugs in system can make regulare calls difficult to complete as well.

    Advice to Management

    Stop using so many different applications to answer calls so that it is more realistically possible to perform as requested.
