    I worked at Teleperformance full-time for less than a year


    Over-Time, Pay, not to many pros

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked for Teleperformance for seven months. They hired me while pregnant... I started in December and my baby was due in March. They assured me this was not a problem. Everything was going fine until the further along I got into my pregnancy I began to have severe seizures. The staff there on the floor with me was great; although, there was a whole lot of inappropriate language while on the phones with clients. However, HR, who was well aware of me being an Epileptic and the pregnancy causing me to now have worsening seizures. They made it very difficult for me to be able to work. First, I had to turn in a clearance letter every time I end up in the hospital. Which I understood and was no problem. But then they changed it to I had to be out for 5 days before returning to work, and I also still had to have clearance. Well, they problem was I was pregnant so I was not seeing a regular doctor and no doctor could clear me after 5 days. My last day there I had a severe seizure after the birth of my son. They had me rushed to the hospital, and the company tried to pretend they didn't know where i was. HR fired me while I was hospitalized possibly going to have brain surgery, and put me on a non rehirable status after first trying to fix it. This company is trash and will find loophole to discriminate against people. I had several notes from the hospital. I started having so many seizures that when they called the ambulance they knew who they were coming for.
