    I worked at Teleservices Direct part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Extremely flexible hours -- they don't care when you can work, just how many hours per week. If you're having trouble finding a job, they'll hire basically anyone. I literally walked in, turned in an application, and about 10 minutes later they handed me a schedule.

    Cons

    Minimum wage pay, plus commission, but they love cheating employees out of their commission. There is an extremely high turnover rate, not just among general employees, but among management as well. So it might be going great for a month or two under one set of management, then they quit or get fired, and you end up with terrible management again. Half of the equipment there doesn't even work, so if you get in later than everyone else, good luck finding a station to work at that day.

    If you pay your managers and employees better, you'll get better quality management and employees who will stay with your company for longer.
