    I worked at Telvista full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    close to home, has employee feeds once in a while

    Cons

    New management- they took a perfectly good place of employment and kicked it to the curb by switching supervisors to a group of know-nothings. They've fired or caused to quit about 20 people in the last 3 months, they refuse to work with you on scheduling, or anything else for that matter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Act like you care about your employees (not just cheap crap you can't use from Oriental Trading Co), be more lenient on scheduling. Supervisors, by their very title, are supposed to know more than their employees, so they can assist their employees with call problems, not just be able to send memos and write people up. You've lost a lot of good people over this.
