Current Employee - Service Manager in Wailuku, HI

I have been working at Terminix full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

My customers and the relationships I built will stay with me throughout my career was the positive part of the day The other good part is when it is all over and behind me. Now it is PTSD..

    Cons

No boundaries at all and no work life balance even on sick days and vacation days. The mission statement and their "Code " are nothing more than abuse of good words for unethical practices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue as to what is really going on and try to pay the front line associates a decent living wage as well as paying overtime for hours worked.,
