    I have been working at Terros full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great co-workers, but don't often last due to limited opportunities.

    Cons

    This company participates in discrimination against people of color. They promote individuals that don't have backgrounds in working with people with issues. Management and HR "encourage" individuals with appropriate educational and personal experienced workers away. Pay is very low and workers are not supported by management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Beef up company values and ensure that your mission to help others is being carried out by managers appropriately. Listen to senior staff's suggestions to improve morale. Also, when an increase in pay is promised, make sure those who deserve it, receive it,
