Work was fulfilling- pay and bureaucratic leadership was frustrating and led to my resignation.

I worked at Texas A&M full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Wonderful city, friendly people, exciting atmosphere. Going to work with students everyday was extremely rewarding.

    Cons

Low salaries with little opportunity for growth. I worked for the university for 5 years, while receiving very little incentive to stay based on pay. Constant reviews by administration left employees feeling vulnerable and under appreciated.
