  1.

Profit driven atmosphere. Terribly staffed and though the promise is humanitarian, their departments and politics push time restraints and financial downfalls.

I have been working at Texas Health Resources full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It helps my financial needs be met.

    Cons

Faith based yet profit driven. The politics are absurd, the standards are not enforced, the company takes pride in the community, but refuses to treat employees with care. Very unhappy and heavily looking after almost 2 years of ridiculousness. The company has taken a huge downfall as they hire ignorant nurses, among the rest of the staff that also do not want to be there or work, so they complain loud enough for patients to hear them... seriously....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit hiring new people at higher rates and deny current employees equal pay. The standard is to be met by each position, and while experience comes into play, hiring someone with little to no experience at higher pay than those who are actually trained in such a field, you belittle your message to the staff and patients. Also, train your nurses to quit cross contaminating patients, especially for cdiff....
