I have been working at Texas Historical Commission full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are none to be said. This agency should not exist and should be audited, then promptly disolved. The waste in staff time, financial resources and cultural indifference is heart breaking.

    Cons

Pay is miserable. Advancement is not possible. The high paying jobs are outsourced to people from outside of Texas. This is a terrible organization with idiots at the helm.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit and return your inflated salaries back to the tax payers. You should all be be ashamed.
