Ethics is large part of the organization, and speaking what is right is not punished. Health benefits are good, and there is a great opportunity to get extensive real world experience that is often held for employees with more tenure. Flex-time can be used, which really helps when you have nightly calls with Asia. Challenging work, and a great opportunity to work with smart people.

two different cultures in the Analog and Embedded processing segments. Work life balance is difficult to have when the job demands are more than the people to complete the job. Diversity can take priority to merit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of the up and coming worforce and make sure to define career paths. A lot of newer employees view this as a training ground, rather than a career location, due to heavy congestion in middle management and lacking upward opportunities

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
