    Positive Outlook
    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Big company, ok benefits, colleagues are generally nice, people from all over, many job disciplines. Can be easy to move to different position within company. Have rotation programs.

    Cons

Work live balance is hard. Traffic is really bad. Feel somewhat disconnected with the main site. Weather can be harsh at times. TI is very stingy at times and cheap.

    Advice to Management

Make sure projects are properly resourced for the schedules that have been created. Management needs to do its best to make sure there employees/teams are happy and want to stay.
