I worked at Texas Instruments full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Company culture is great, perks are great. Most importantly, the people are very smart, driven and excellent to work with. Management is transparent and respects employees.

    Cons

Nothing big here. Difficult for employees to understand the broad picture of where the company is heading from the management. But since the work is always exciting, this can hardly be noticed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hesitate from diversifying the business, even by exploring hitherto unexplored territory. Rediscovery has been part of TI's culture, and should continue, instead of sticking to just selling electronic chips.
