    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Texas Instruments full-time (More than a year)

Quite a bit of politic in work place. You have to join in with certain group thinking if you really want to get ahead

    Advice to Management

TI was one upon a time dream job for many young electrical engineer but management need to keep the politic at bay and enable more innovation and independent thinking.
