    I worked at Texas MedClinic full-time for more than a year


    This is a great company to get stated with to learn the way things work in a medical setting.


    Some shift leaders or tech supervisors have a blatant disrespect for the job they are supposed to be doing but there is no management at night so they run the show.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The reason why this company is good is because you hire some great people that have really good intentions coming in the door. Then you get in and see that you have great employees that cross their t's and dot their i's and make sure their job is complete. Then you have ok employees who know that if they mess up or miss something that the office manager and especially the clinical administrative services assistant who has to catch and fix it. If everyone who has a job doesn't do their complete job it makes it hard for another person to keep their jobs. I really wanted the clinical administrative services assistant position till I realized for all the mistakes we make as Techs if they catch and correct it, regardless of all the extra things they have to do they get graded monthly. That is why they sit all day they are reviewing our work to because it could cost them their jobs if something is not done right. The management if they are on top of things are losing their minds too. Maybe everyone needs to be graded monthly so you can see how you need to improve your own work. Upper Management needs to realize accountability needs to be something all employees understand and really some Medical Assistants just don't care. I loved my job but I just got tired of working with people who know they have a cushion and make the same mistakes over and over.
