    I have been working at The Addison Group as a contractor (less than an year)


    They seem quick and responsive, but that drops off once you are on assignment. I had to reach out over and over to get feedback and just felt like a cog in the machine vs. a valued team member


    They do not respond, they did not communicate well with either me or the client I was working for. They actually mislead the client about a situation and tried to pass the situation off in a way it was not. I am not looking to be placed by them again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I am not sure. More training, ensure that your staff communicates with the consultants you have placed regularly. Make sure that they know to reach out to the client more and communicate accurately. Very disappointing experience.
