Fun job, but has a "shelf-life"

I have been working at The Art Institutes (HQ) full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Easy job if you are comfortable with public speaking. Good team culture. Stipends for vehicle, insurance, phone and internet. Ton of time off in the Summer.

    Cons

No room for growth. Company is doing bad because of unsustainable hyper-growth - a misstep by upper management - and employees are suffering for it while management continues to take bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop taking bonuses and options that are 100-2,500% of your base salary while firing employees and not giving cost of living raises. You are killing employee morale and losing some of your best people with shameful and dishonest practices.
