    Pros

    Working with students and faculty...the sense of making a difference and the awesome synergistic relationships shared with other Academic Directors and industry professionals.

    Cons

    Inept, controlling, and disconnected management...more concerned about bottom lines and metrics, then student success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve leadership, stop being greedy, and invest in your most important resource, academics including ADs and faculty.
