Very difficult, the owner has no people and management skills and lacks professionalism.

I have been working at The Borne Company

The owner is very innovative and is a visionary and very smart. I was with him while he was with another company and then he broke off for himself but his lack of people and managment skills makes it so that no one wants to be loyal to him or the company. The pros are that if you are desperate and do not have a job you can work for him for peanuts and learn alot. He pressures you and pushes you to know your job. Which is good since once you are there for only a few months you can then move on with the big title he gave you and tons of experience to a place that will appreciate you.

Owner is very hands on and a micromanager. He feels that if he works 90 hours a week you should at the minimum work 70 and only be paid for 40. Owner is very disrespectful to all his employees and office staff. Very demanding schedules and everything is due yesterday. No real sense of accomplishment working for this company and no sense of feeling valued so that you may want to be loyal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take come courses on how to treat employees and vendors with dignity and management courses on how to build moral. No body wants to work for you.
