I worked at The Brattle Group full-time for more than a year

You learn a lot about excel and statistical programs, and sometimes have opportunities to hone writing skills. I felt I left with a lot of concrete skills that I did not have going in. The benefits were also great - high quality insurance, etc.

    The work-life balance was terrible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen more to RAs about their experiences, and don't take them for granted so much. Also, if you want folks to stay beyond two years, you need to rework the model.
