Engel Burman is the management division for The Bristal (corporate team). The Corporate folks lack vision, any knowledge of the industry and very rarely did you get a feeling that these folks had any idea on what was going on. Training was often talked about by corporate folks however never existed. A sales culture that utilized bully tactics and gossip to create fear and a hostile environment. A wellness team that had unqualified people (no RN's or LPN's). Overall disfunction and what do you expect from incompetent over paid folks that are content making 6 figures and no interest in changing how seniors live. Worst Culture i have ever been around.

Find Something you enjoy, it does not look like you enjoy your careers in this industry
