    Pros

You will learn great communication and life skills that will truly change you for the better. You are constantly learning. There is great opportunity for advancement. You are always surrounded with positive and supportive people who push you to succeed and become a better person. There are great benefits. You don't have to have a college degree to become successful in this company. You learn skills that will benefit you for a lifetime.

    Cons

Can be a little difficult if you are not an outgoing person. If you are on the retail side (sales), prepare to work nights/weekends and around holidays. You will spend all your paychecks on clothes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing! The Buckle is an amazing company, and I have learned so many great skills whether it be how to build a better business, gain people's trust, how to have hard conversations, loyalty, the definition of hard-work, and how to truly manage a store and people. Buckle managers truly want you to succeed and to love your job! Love the energy and rewards! However, if you are a manager in a college town, PLEASE be respectful of students schedules. Remember their first priority is to finish college, and do not put so much pressure on them to buy everything in sight to be up to date with fashion. They really do try their hardest! Other than that, Buckle does do a pretty phenomenal job with being flexible with schedules.
