I have been working at The Children's Courtyard full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Large company with plenty of employment and advancement opportunities, benefits, financial support to run a school, excellent company resources for marketing, fairly modern with today's technology (could use better classroom technology)

    Cons

More about the numbers than the actual child. The curriculum is there. But as a director standpoint, it is about numbers and where you stand weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc compared to peers. Upper management support is sparse, at best. As with any management position, lots of hours, 45 - 60 minimum, expected.

    Advice to Management

Extra management support in the district level between director and DM or a DM assistant.
