    I worked at The Children's Place part-time for less than a year


    Great interactions with most parents and kids, but you defiantly encounter the rude parents and terrible kids.


    The managers have clear favorites. If you're not a favorite, you will be when upper management stops in for a visit. The hours are not good, the store is too small, and orders are always bark out to you like a dog. Sales Associates come and go so quick because of their unhappiness, it's a revolving door of associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat all your workers as you would want to be treated. Not because your bosses are in for an inspection.
