I worked at The Corridor Group full-time (more than a year)

There was not one single pro from working at this company. Not one. A complete waste of time, energy and career potential when I could have been doing so many other things.

If you want to be micromanaged down to when you go down the hall and use the restroom, then go ahead and work here. The management here is paranoid, they micromanage with their narcissistic behavior, wanting to know how many breaths your are breathing per minute when they should be focusing on doing things to build their business. Management is down into the very minutiae of what everyone is doing every hour on the hour that they do not even see what they need to be doing, which is growing business and looking for new opportunities. But the very first time something does not go as planned, they point the finger at everyone else except themselves. If you enjoy a child role and being treated like you are 15 and this is your first job, then go ahead and work here. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and run as fast as you can

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to make your company grow, change your management style. Therefore change your managers. Micromanaging to the point that you do it is utterly ridiculous and its why you cannot compete in the market. Its why you lose business, because the manager in there cannot stop micromanaging everyone around her in order to focus on what her real job should be, and that is division growth. Narcissistic behavior, finger pointing, defensive are only a few words to describe the management style in this company and I would never recommend anyone work there unless you particularly enjoy being treated like a toddler.
