Current Employee - Physician Recruiter in Dallas, TX

I have been working at The Delta Companies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great culture, great idea about how an environment should be. Good education and training. Work-life balance is nice for those that have worked at the company for a long time and have tenure. New employees will have to break their back to get some of those perks.

    Cons

Tenured employees have the ability to do as they choose. There is a lack of transparency in perm recruiting about job orders/clients. New employees are set up to fail by receiving the worst jobs and clients to work.
    The rich get richer!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change some leaders. Provide more transparency to recruiters. Don't just hold production employees accountable... hold their leadership accountable.
