I have been working at The Department for Education (UK) part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

You get 30 days annual leave, good experience i.e. dealing with customers face to face and telephone and computer software updates.

    Cons

Repetitive at times and also CSR can be hard to cope with at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more team working activities and outings to make the team more cohesive.
