    Co-workers! The constant threat of job loss creates coworker comradely similar to soldiers in Iraq.


    The sophomoric attitudes the middle managers and the ineffectual upper management makes for a boiler room like atmosphere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to respect your employees. They are not printers or fax machines that can be thrown way when there is the least bit of problem with them. They are Human beings too.
