Your experience at the Endocrine Society will be very different depending on the department for which you belong. The company culture is very friendly on the surface but very unhealthy deep in in a lot of ways. Some directors are very misguided and many consider the job to just be a paycheck. There is some room for growth and the pay/benefits are competitive. The new CEO is great and very committed to improving company atmosphere.

Extremely poor communication between departments. Many people are very unhappy here. Many are not interested in the content of what is done, which leaves many uninspired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote better worklife balance and communication at work. Build more team oriented atmosphere to make people feel that they are part of something important.
