    Pros

Not very many except you get to meet a lot of cool people, 20% discount covers taxes on products purchased, Vacation time if you are able to get any.

    Cons

Management constantly changes along with rules they set for certain employees not everyone those that work hard and do more than their job are used and abused constantly. No real Human Resource involved when it comes to decision making process. Letting Dedicated hard working employees go due to inability of Store Management along with the lies that are reported by Management. No negotiation of raise whatever you get you can take it or leave attitude. Female employees are paid less than Male employees doing the same jobs because Management chooses to discriminate this way. Hard working dedicated, loyal, honest employees mean NOTHING to this Company now. Let's customers steal by eating product and doing nothing to stop it while Micromanaging to make sure employees do not eat or taste anything. Treats employees like Criminals instead of trusting them to do the right thing and make good decisions for the Company. Not what Ray and Beverly Berry envisioned for their employees it turned into this Horrific place when it was sold/made public so now they answer to shareholders to make a profit at any means possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get Rid of Management with High turnover in stores to keep long term dedicated employees, Start treating employees with trust and respect after all they are the ones making the Company profitable, without them CEO nor management would get those big fat bonus checks every quarter. Increase the pay scale of hourly associates lets live in real world with CEO's getting over $800,000.00 bonus this company can afford to pay it's hourly associates more than $10.00per hour for over 9 years of service. More perks for employees like amusement park ticket/ concert tickets. Get Human Resource Director that listens to employees not just management and that actually works and visits stores more often than when someone has to call to complain. Make Manager Meetings last no more than 45 minutes with No food involved management at the store I worked at needs to visit Jenny Craig not an incentive to become management when butts and guts explode for feeding face every Monday while hourly employees are out helping customers waiting for management meeting to be over that takes hours when the hourly employee is suppose to be at lunch. Just a Few true Suggestion from someone who really knows what happens at store level not living in fantasy land. Not that they will care or do anything different that is a FANTASY.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
