I have been working at The Fresh Market full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Discount, vacation, hours aren't to bad

    Cons

Inter Company interviews impossible to get. Micro management, not enough hours or personnel

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reality check, you want to retain employees, give them the same options as your ASM's and let them transfer to new stores. If seasoned employees are willing to move to a new store, give them a shot and you won't have to spend as much training them. Also need to stop waiting until after an employee has left the company to replace them. If they give two weeks notice, replace them before they walk out the door.
