I worked at The Gap part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great fellow employees, awesome discount, great original manager, clothes were nice, met some really interesting people that I probably would never have met otherwise.

    Cons

Too much of a stress on getting "gap cards", not enough focus on the customer and too much focus on selling to them, would always either be very under or very overstaffed, created unrealistic procedures, created unreachable goals, felt underpaid and underappreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set more realistic goals and treat the customers like real people.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
