    Pros

    Fishkill, NY - Good pay and benefits and good discounts at Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic. Great company to work for, but not under Fishkiill, NYs current leadership team.

    Cons

    Fishkill, NY - No work life balance, and they always look to do more with less. Managers delegate instead of chipping in to get something done or to fix an issue. Managers work their 9am-5pm while the Supervisors are working 10-12 hours every day with coming into work by 4am for 1st shift and staying until 1:45am on 2nd shift. Management team retaliates, and if they have an issue with you, they will make sure to get you out instead of working with you to correct the issue. Great company, but bad leadership at the Gap in Fishkill, NY. No loyalty with their team to build them for the next level. They rather hire from the outside make everyone disgruntled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fishkill, NY - Everyone needs to contribute to the operation and overall cost. Too much is relied on just the Supervisor's. Management forgets the word TEAM, and delegates everything to the Supervisor team while they sit in their offices. Management doesn't build their bench strength. They rather hire from the outside instead of building their team from the inside. No loyalty.
