I have been working at The Home Depot

    Pros

There is really no good reason to work here. I only work here because the economy is so bad and I can't find another job

    Cons

Lazy people, Poor management team, poor scheduling, Fraternization

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensate your employees for what they are worth. You don't want to loose a good person that does their job and doesn't complain when they can't find anyone to help them. I will not burn myself out if the management team is not willing to help out there employees. There is no reason that on a rainy or cold day that garden has to be open either. Why get someone sick? There are checkouts in the building and the customer can walk inside and checkout. There are not enough sales done in the garden center to open it. Give us a break.
