    Pros

They offer Bonuses based on how the store performs, Health Benefits, Vacation Pay, and there is usually a store near you.

    Cons

The Schedule, changes every week, you need to be available open to close, 7 days a week. The pay is low for most (part timers 60% ) so the few that are paid well do all the work. Bonuses based on store and company not individual ( if you all don't work together you all fail ). Bonuses are also based on pay, so the less you make or hours you work, the smaller you bonus is( it's hard to get all the part-timers sold on this).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Come up with a better way of getting 60% (part timers up to 29 hrs a week) workers involved in the bonus besides just talking about it. Maybe you could give them a chance to increase it beside cutting their hours to 4 hrs a week which lowers their bonus and their pay.
