Ok benefits, (start after 90 days)

Very top heavy. Firing all the people who know anything and hiring more and more VP's. Raises are impossible. I have been there 10yrs with 2 raises and that was due to position changes. Encourage you to work while not even clocked in. Always has problems with budget so constantly cutting positions and simple perks (coffee is the most recent)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward employees for a job well done consistently with raises. Learn how to budget so you are not I stilling fear of unemployment within your workforce. Bring the coffee back. It's an expense well worth it.

    Negative Outlook
