    Pros

Good, rewarding job working with disabled individuals.

    Cons

You'll never get a raise unless you beg the state representatives for one... good luck. The co-workers you have to put up with on a daily basis are ridiculous. You can tell this company only cares about the money they're getting at the end of the day. They don't care about any of the individuals being served. They lost the focus that the founder initially had.

    Advice to Management

Hire better workers. The turnover rate is obnoxious. Pay more so the good workers actually stick around.
