    I worked at The MSR Group part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    pay is nice for awhile. kind of make your own schedule, meet friendly people who hate the job as much as you do. Met my girlfriend there (personal pro), training is nice and brief and is paid

    Cons

    If you do talk you will be scolded, go 1 minute over your break time get written up, absolutely terrible wording on surveys that irritates clients to the point of hanging up, surveys ask the same question worded a different way 2-3 times, constantly taking calls you hang up boom half a second later you have to start talking again, they get hire happy then they fire everyone. from my training group I was the only one who still worked there be it because they got fired or fed up and quit, if you ask the recipient if they would like to take the survey it is grounds for termination, pay is judged on how many surveys you get compared to everyone else, if you dont get enough surveys its grounds for termination or they will "train" you how to get more. It is a very backwards place they dont care if the person taking the surveys want to take them they just lure them in, also you are constantly calling businesses on non business related surveys which you may not think is a big deal but that one call takes 30 seconds now your next call will too. If you take to long of a restroom break they will seek you out and tell you that you are not suppose to do that. They want you to keep your phones in the supervisors office where they could care less who is coming in and taking what phone. It is not highschool this rule should not exist. Also supervisors, floor supervisors, and others always have their phones out texting or talking on the phone the computers they use have more valuable information than ours but its fine if they have them because they make the rules. If you have a high production near the end of the month you will either be put on surveys that dont have a great turn over or they will run out of surveys put you on the bad ones or just cancel work all together which wasnt always a bad thing. Overall it is a terrible place to work for more than 3 months I can promise you that any job is better than this one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None they are a bunch of imbeciles who are running an concentration camp, best thing they could do is shut the company down. Also they need to stop calling the same clients till that client just leaves the bank it is also a breach of contract with FNBO if they find out you are calling their clients more than once a day, which happened on multiple occasions during my time there.
