    Pros

The activities are fun, being surrounded by creative people is great, and the coffee bar perks are good too.

    Cons

The owner is a screamer and no one is immune. He doesn't care who hears or may be embarrassed. He will be nice and sociable sometimes but then irrational and yelling at other times. He's very unprofessional and seems unstable. People are scared in their own work environment at times because of this. There is little communication from management about what is going on within the agency. They have laid people off and didn't tell the rest of us who is gone. We have been left to just figure it out on our own. We're treated like we don't matter and are here to just collect a paycheck. Even our managers are left in the dark.

    Advice to Management

Anger management courses. Be more communicative about all things. Town Halls aren't enough.
